ALTIN ÇİNİ SERAMİK

Altın Çini was founded in 1983 to produce, develop and elevate traditional Kütahya tiles using modern technology.

Starting with two large classic pit kilns and a team of fifty, Altın Çini made its first export to Germany in 1987.

The corporate transformation was completed in 1988, when the company became Altın Çini Ve Seramik Sanayi A.Ş. High-demand panel tile production was developed using the technology of the day. In 1995, alongside tile production, the company began manufacturing wall tiles and borders widely used in kitchens and bathrooms in Kütahya, the ceramics capital, creating its own classics in this field as well. In 2010, floor tile production was added.

The company has signed many works in religious and civil architecture both in Türkiye and abroad. We produce mihrabs, minbars, pulpits, muezzin lodges and wall tiles for mosques. We prepare and apply hand-decorated and serial production panels, belt verses and cut-pattern designs for special sections. Using sizes such as 20×20, 20×25, 20×50, 25×33, 25×40, 30×60 and 40×40 cm, we create spacious pattern applications for large spaces; we see our mosques as a shared heritage and as the house of God.

We successfully produce 16th-century Classic İznik body (stone body) tiles, durable for all climate conditions for exterior façades that had not been produced for years, and apply them to various architectural works (buildings, city gates, hotels, clock towers, etc.). We also produce gift plates, vases, panels and figurines in various sizes.

Thus we strive to deliver works worthy of our faith and heritage.

Founded in 1983 with capital of 50 million Turkish lira, our factory today operates with a staff of 350 and a capacity of 650,000 m²/year of tiles and 6,000,000 m²/year of ceramics. Thirty percent of ceramic production and fifty percent of tile production is exported.

Altın Çini Ve Seramik Sanayi A.Ş. is the only production site in Türkiye that combines industrial and artistic tile and ceramic production by re-manufacturing Kütahya tiles using improved traditional methods.
